What can i do against a slow iPhone 3G?

have iphone 3g. slow. can speed up? :) have tried restore iphone, have disabled spotlight search? can do?

im going jailbreak iphone if going help? :)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
