Macbook 2,1 works after OS X reinstall, then stops again

i have white macbook 2,1 core duo 2ghz, 1gb ram, 250gb hdd replaced, , it's been on fritz lately.

started getting fun wheel time, , froze , stopped working on course of few weeks.

did full reinstall of os x , things rosy, day. morning fun wheel in action, , froze again. turned off , blue screen when turn on. know reinstall os x again , day of use, , maybe fix problem or @ least diagnose it...

i'm confused because worked totally fine after reinstall, , it's gone mental.

after reinstall ran repair permissions through disk utility , took hour , found lot repair, thought strange.

i'm wondering if lost cause, or if it's worth having dabble ram or else? :rolleyes:

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
