Will I ever be able to use my 2011 27" iMac as a PC monitor?

i don't see videocard makers putting thunderbolt on videocards.
 

there plenty of mini displayport adapters , boxes, google find some, looking @ few pennies though.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
