Offloading Videos to iMac

greetings all,

how can possibly offload videos recorded iphone 4 (not jailbroken) imac? possible?

have few videos on iphone i'd transfer imac cannot figure out way via itunes

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
