Unlock 3GS on 3.0.1 on BB4.26.08

i got new iphone 3gs on fw 3.0.1 , bb 4.26.08. jailbreak , unlock it, afraid update because apple stops signing fw's. don't have shsh blobs saved anywhere - able use newest release of pwnage tool , update 4.3 (and have apple still sign)?

what wait until sn0wbreeze or pwnagetool updated 4.3.4 , create custom firmware preserve baseband. restore , install cydia ultrasn0w. :)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
