What newsgroup app do you use and why?

i have been using sabnzbd, it's awesome daemon runs in background of os web front end. seems work great in linux , windows, first time using on mac.

when run app, , it's unpacking files, grinds quad core i7 halt, , can't figure out why, i'm tired of trying troubleshoot open source software that's not working right on system, i'm wondering..

news group app use on mac, , stable, reliable, , works in background, still allowing go normal business?
