Which option to go for 15" , 256 or 1GB ?

wondring
option give me performance these programs :

1- adobe lightroom
2- iphoto
3- apreture

, consider wont gaming on device , use connected 1080p screen , once in while editing photos , watching movies.

looking device can live me 5 years , , having high-res glossy screen .

if want last 5 years, i'd 1gb graphics card.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
