Windows 7 Professional On 2010 MacBook

i install windows 7 professional on 2010 macbook, unsure whether go 32 or 64 bit?
advantages , disadvantages of both? apart recognising more ram in 64 bit version. going bit stuck when trying find 64 bit anti virus windows example?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
