Best way to store videos on a Mac?

i'm quite new mac (just bought new air) , confused best way store videos. presentations small groups work , have around 50 videos show clients.

1 seems able store videos in 'movies' folder, itunes , iphoto none seem best me.

itunes isn't best thing fumble in front on clients (plus work videos lost amongst family guy etc.).

can suggest good, clean, easy way of achieving want?

what separate folder in finder called [company name] videos or somesuch browse in item view (i.e. thumbnails) or cover flow?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
