Internal Drive Gone from Finder "Favorites"

prior lion upgrade mbp's internal drive showed 1 of items in left-column's "favorites" section. it's gone now, it's relied on part of normal workflow.

how can restore 1 of items in favorites group?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
