RESOLVED: Geez...my spoiled daughter was disappointed when I gave her a new 11" MBA!

my daughter has 2010 white macbook (latest model...as of today) has warranty expiring soon. so, instead of buying applecare, thought i'd great dad , surprise new 11" base model macbook air (and sell macbook).

give yesterday thinking she'd (since said thought cool @ local apple store last week), after 15 seconds, says doesn't want because there's no disc drive in music , dvds. told can rip , put file on mba or whatever, still said needs (despite other benefits of newer , lighter mba).

use, 2011 mbp better mba, i'm not listening voice of customer/user in case! geez...she's seven! smart , detailed , knows wants, see myself taking son on weekend getaways every month starting in few years or :)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
