Syncing contacts and ical between 10.6 and 10.7

my work computer owned company , - understandably - won't upgrading soon. because couple of apps won't run on lion.

i'd have lion on home imac , maybe on home mbp. however, i'm concerned contacts, ical, bookmarks etc won't sync. understand it, icloud works in lion (not snow leopard). also, understand it, mobileme doesn't work in lion. possible sync among 3 machines? have iphone , ipad.

i'm mobileme subscriber, btw.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
