Use One Finger to Drag Windows instead of 3 Fingers?

one big thing thats throwing me off lion cant double tap window , drag around, instead have new 3 finger method. there way work before?
 

sure, can use 1 finger. click instead of tap. (i abhor tap-to-click.)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
