Bug with QuickTime in Lion?

anyone else see bug where, if close file after playing it, file becomes undeletable thru finder? keeps saying file in use. have go terminal , 'rm' file in trash delete. saw sl lion it's worse.
 

i time in snow leopard, wrote script it

cd ~/.trash && rm -rf *
silly os trying tell me can , can't delete...

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
