Dual Booting With Optibay

i'm planning on getting mbp in im going optibay 120gb ssd boot drive. if dual boot windows, able partition both drives , have windows , mac home folders on hdd, , them both boot ssd? boot camp assistant support that? if not, how go doing that?
 

let me straight. plan on using hdd files , replacing optical bay ssd , keep os files on ssd.
not possible current options.
if imac line taken example can boot 1 drive(sssd) , store stuff on drive(hdd). how apple ships imac if add ssd.
mbp limited 1 drive ssd or hdd.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
