iStat Pro fan speed reading?

so have 2010 2.4ghz mac mini , istat shows fan running @ 1800rpms @ idle. new quad 2.0 server 2011 mac mini shows in istat fans running @ 2300rpms @ idle. 2.3, 2.5, , 2.7ghz minis show???
 

my quad server mini running handbrake , shows cpu temp @ 187f , fan running @ 5419rpm.

seem quite high!:eek:

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
