Restored Macbook from Lion To Snow Leop. How to Get iPhoto/iTunes Back

good afternoon everybody.

reformatted macbook snow leopard , wiped clean it's running nice , fast. however, made time machine backup , had both iphoto , itunes working through external hard drive before restore. have restored how point itunes , iphoto information on external hard drive don't lose , have waste precious hard drive space on macbook. want able sync iphone without wiping saved game data , stuff that. can please because appreciate it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
