Apple service IS phenomenal - my iMac had a scratch :)

just around deadline return of apple stuff bought online @ apple store found white mark or dent in side of imac. nothing special none less pretty clear dent or scratch in alu. timecapsule had scratch in white plastic , asked nice , friendly apple support lady do. asked photos , took pretty poor ones iphone 4 cam (my canon pro @ parents house atm)

next day emailed me stating had processed return order , ordered new identically specced stuff.

if i'm lucky send me new 2 tb timecapsule - 1 bought in june old 1 :)

here's pics emailed apple support lady. must apple lives name , reputation in case :)

you have found big, fat, white mark after 1 year of standard warranty time? lol. congrats though getting new stuff.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
