does new MBA come with a thumb drive to reformat?

the specialist @ apple store claimed that mba comes thumb drive in box allow reformatting myself. mba didn't come 1 , couldn't find reference material online confirm..
 

the 2010 mba did. haven't bought 2011, not sure. can tell you not need it. can clean install of lion itunes account , internet connection, easy , convenient.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
