internal superdrive replacement with Blu Ray?

does exist? never thought before there optibay hd replacements etc... why wouldn't there aftermarket superdrive replacement cd-r/dvd-r/blu ray??
 

there few slot loading external blu ray readers , far aware big fit inside mac.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
