Step by step guide to sharing apps between the household?

ok, i've read around here can share not purchased music applications bought in app store.

wife , both have iphone , has ipad. both maintain separate itunes accounts , applications. how go sharing of these applications either bought or bought 1 another?

mean can download app on iphone 4 , can use on ipad 2?
 

we logging each others itunes accounts briefly download app on our devices. i'm not sure how work when icloud comes out, @ moment that's easiest way it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
