Arranging A Byte Array

hi all,

have question have been unable solve week now. new xcode , cocoa please excuse lack of knowledge. well, have been trying send tcp/ip command sqlserver , oracle server @ work , have been successful in sending receiving data byte array in nslog. problem when send command @"1ga~n" enormous amount of data in 1 string. data organized in fashion if char int of 14 column of sqlserver, 15 row, , 20 table. have no idea how search byte array before converted string characters 14,15, , 20. if please appreciate it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
