Can't download YouTube in Safari 5.1

i'm teacher, , whenever want show clip youtube, download local drive bring school. district blocks youtube content on site.

in older versions of safari, find youtube video element in activity window, , double click download.

in os x lion, cannot seem work. figured out?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
