Constant crashing when playing game 'Ryzom'

i've emailed ryzom support staff also, easy fix problem don't see.

when launch game, loads every time , client launches game, sound cuts , program crashes. i'm greeted attached log file. appreciated!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
