how can I make the menubar (the right side) smaller?

i have loads of icons , not of them able see how can make menubar area smaller in text size can see of icons?
 

i'm guessing mean icons on dock? try clicking on system preferences , dock. there option there changing size of icons.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
