Unbelievable! No Phone Support for Lion! :O

hey folks,

if warranty out and/or out of free 90 days phone support apple not offer support os x lion.

got off phone applecare question refused answer because hardware have lion installed on out of warranty.

absolutely ridiculous.
 

well…ask here! ;)

, yeah, applecare tied hardware (except fcp , logic, have own applecare support plans). can support apple software it's dependent on having computer/device covered.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
