Boot Camp issue: shrink Windows partition!

hi,

i'm looking best way shrink windows partition in boot camp lion. basically, lion partition small , windows 1 big installed :)

what's best way shrink again without having reinstall it? made windows 7 shrink didn't trick add free space after windows install cannot add lion partition.

@ point guess there 2 partitions - reinstall or image image software, delete partition , put after resizing - or happen know better one?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
