My IOS5 Notification Center missing non Apple apps in settings, notif. center.

i restored ios5 beta 3 , noticed apps in settings> notification center area turn on , off apple apps. previously, see apps in there. don't know if issue beta 3 , didn't realize before restored. upgraded beta 4 , still have same issue. know why be? thanks!
 

i didn't have issue on beta 3. have opened apps yet , allowed them use push notifications, because assume have before appear on list.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
