Silent mode switch problem?

aren't iphones supposed vibrate when turn switch silent mode?

because switch on iphone doesn't seem work properly. won't vibrate @ , vibrates everytime turn switch , forth.

u think apple give me new iphone because of problem? lol
 

yes. replaced 2 day old iphone 4 when silent switch did not operate.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
