27" Core i7 Memory

pick imac 27" core i7 tomorrow. know comes 4gb memory. bring 16gb. how should buy additional memory, have replace 4 or can add on it , have recommendations on purchase in us?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
