Create a OSX Image with some preferences

hi

started own company few years ago , our it-environment changed mac osx.

today, have nineteen macbook pros, create 'recovery image' don't have install each , every software manually if goes wrong.

used imagex (sysprep , imagex) in windows 7 , i'm searching equal software mac osx.

basicly want software handle is:

- create image of system volume
- oobe-experiance (no input needed such username etc, preconfigured in image)
- create , manage volumes (say want 30gb osx volume , 90gb bootcamp volume)

anyone?

i use deploy studio , love it. http://www.deploystudio.com

oobe screen, open terminal box , run:
sudo rm /var/db/.applesetupdone
, reboot.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
