is this Entity Relationship (ER) diagram correct?

hi,

saw few posts on here e-r diagrams , grateful can me out.

have entity relationship diagram, following conditions have satisfied/are true:

  • each tenant can rent room in hall of residence or apartment.
  • lease agreements made @ start of each year.
  • (hall of residence = 1 person each room)
  • (apartment = 3 people each room)
  • apartments inspected accomodation officers (members of staff)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
