Urgent! How to record live radio stream?

well, me , friend scheduled appear on radio show tomorrow debut of music we've made, , put our names out there. id able record audio stations live internet stream im not sure if there simple way this. had couple ideas in mind, such doing screen capture, , cutting , making mp3 file out of audio wanted. best option or there other ways this?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
