Can't Copy Files, Help!

i'm in major jam here, please help...

have 2 identical external usb hdd's. 1 formatted ntfs using downloaded movies on wdtv media player. other drive formatted mac os extended (journaled) using time machine.

got ps3 , learned need have fat32 drive in order have read hdd, , want eliminate wdtv. copied movies ntfs drive mac os ex drive, took 4 hours got done. formatted ntfs drive fat using mac, , when try copy movies bunch of them giving me errors:

finder can't complete operation because data in "movie name" can't read or written (error code -36)

do?? can't copy them desktop. movies copying , others aren't.
 

as recall, fat32 has 4gb file size restriction
perhaps issue here

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
