Full Screen browser apps (safari, chrome)

is there anyway run these in full screen have url address bar stay in place rather hiding , showing?

it stays there me. can toggle via "view" / "hide / show toolbar"

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
