Is SSD worth it on iMac i7?

love hear owners of imac ssd drive -
kind of performance gains there? kind of percentages,
feel worth money. having super hard time tryign find out if getting ssd drive make significant differences work , workflow?

hands on experience ssd wtih imac?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
