Remote Desktop Question

i need help. have macbook air 13 inch , running windows 7 professional on via vmware fusion. want ipad , access program on windows 7 take patient notes on. possible , if need do? don't know if matters, ipad in same room/office macbook air.

team viewer, it's remote desktop app , works on ipad. best part is, it's free!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
