Transferring Office 2011 to new notebook

hello guys,

got office 2011 purchased , d/loaded digital river.
did initial purchase , download in october 2010, account digital river has expired (one can download purchase 56 days think).

sent email asking them give me access period, wondering if there way transfer office 1 notebook another.

tried copy folder did not work.

solutions?

since office 2011 not windows app moved post. maybe in mac basics can help.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
