Unlocking iphone 3GS problem

ok, if 1 can resolve happy. :d

have iphone 3gs using version 4.3.3 (8j2) , installed cydia warranty ran out. im happy , decided try , unlock phone via cydia.

have checked several sites advises following:

go manage (after booting cydia) sources, select edit , put in following address....repo666.ultrasn0w.com. select , within app ultrasn0w.

have selected , happily installs reboots.

problem starts, phone reboots , searching network, after few minutes have gone settings , option carrier , message unable load network list.

luckily using wifi , can go cydia remove ultrasn0w.

doing wrong?? or bug waiting fixed?? apps upto date in cydia :(

please help...

im on vodafone network , want put in orange sim card.

what baseband iphone?
iphone 3gs when updated 4.3.3 changed baseband 05.16.02 , baseband can not unlocked ultrasn0w. not service carrier (optus). restored , found locked network jailbroke using sn0wbreeze, updated ipad baseband, installed ultrasn0w , working fine (so far, knock on wood). if baseband 05.16.01/2 option did.
people if update ipad baseband lose gps mine works perfectly. think disables gps in rare circumstances.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
