Transfering Large Files to New MBA =(

due lack of firewire port, can't find simple way directly transfer large files (80gb) directly mba imac.

1 approach have not tried yet direct lan connection using network cable.

there way, without installing windows transfer directly via usb?

other methods should consider?
 

don't have external hdd?
using usb-ethernet adapter?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
