Aperture with new Macbook Air

hi i'm using macbook white, , planing change new macbook air. use aperture , photoshop quite main applications edit photos(not quiet big edit minor, may big edit). wise use new macbook air or should buy normal macbook pro.
 

im upgrading 13" macbook alu new 13" macbook air i5. use aperture alot. shoot in raw, manual touches on images publish should able give som feedback once computer delivered. on paper new macbook should better. has higher res screen , faster harddrive.

RESOLVED: Geez...my spoiled daughter was disappointed when I gave her a new 11" MBA!

my daughter has 2010 white macbook (latest model...as of today) has warranty expiring soon. so, instead of buying applecare, thought i'd great dad , surprise new 11" base model macbook air (and sell macbook). give yesterday thinking she'd (since said thought cool @ local apple store last week), after 15 seconds, says doesn't want because there's no disc drive in music , dvds. told can rip , put file on mba or whatever, still said needs (despite other benefits of newer , lighter mba). use, 2011 mbp better mba, i'm not listening voice of customer/user in case! geez...she's seven! smart , detailed , knows wants, see myself taking son on weekend getaways every month starting in few years or   /r/firstworldproblems   Forums Macs ...

Lion... It Grows On You

i'll honest, when first installed gm edition of lion, hated it. passion. seemed slow , sluggish compared sl, fans working more usual, , ram usage being alot higher. tried extensively downgrade sl, heck, prepared sacrifice years of files go old snowy. then, after 3 days, thoughts went. lion, , it's new additions, take alot of getting used to. sure, nice having expose , spaces separate apps in sl, if remember efficiency of them, mission control whole lot better. instead of flicking through spaces, gesturing or keying launch expose find you're running, 1 has press single key, , presented, in neat, organised way. resume awesome feature. guess i'm trying in badly structured argument, should give lion chance. grows on you... p.s. i'm running lion on macbook pro mid 2009, 2.26ghz , 2gb ram. intend upgrade 4, possibly 8, lion still feels alot more efficient , quicker sl did.   ...
