cannot update apps on my account

please me

bought used iphone 3gs jailbroken, works fine except when have update app. when go app store update apps previous owners itunes username comes instead of mine , cannot log own update of apps.
how fix this?

 

i have problem sometimes, ive used same account on iphones or last 2 years.. however, many moons ago, bought first gen ipod touch. used different account somehow still wants sync every once , while, ive used both accounts on iphone apps want off of both @ random times. oddity has been occuring when try update tomtom, imovie, taptalk pro apps has told me @ least last month "these items being modified" , refuses update. have restored several times have yet set new phone. give try , see goes down. luck problems.
