How to secondary tap + tap to click + dragging ?

when using mouse, have click right-button + dragging select something. in trackpad preference, there option enable 1 finger "tap click" , "dragging". helps mimic "left-buttom"+"dragging" function of mouse.

question is: how emulate "right button"+"dragging" function of mouse "tapping" rather "clicking" ?

"tapping+dragging" easier "clicking+dargging" in trackpad. in addition, large distance of "clicking+dragging" needs more effort.

if default trackpad preference setting can not it, there other apps make ? (something magicpref ?? if yes, , how ??)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
