iph 3gs help needed!

hey folks,

looking bit of guidance on how fix iphone 3gs. jailbroken , working fine when decided idea factory restore! person shall remain nameless....now stuck on boot screen..
i've tried redsn0w , goes through process , tells me process complete , "done!" message, phone still won't boot up...any ideas gratefully received!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
