Mac - Notational Velocity / iOS Notesy / Win ???

so have great setup love, using dropbox keep things in sync, on mac run notational velocity , iphone/ipad notesy, working great. i'd work windows machine searchable, fast, text-editor can access .txt files in dropbox notational velocity , i'm coming empty.

windows work with/sync working great me on mac , ios?
 

so i've continued searching , come zilch. there no windows equivalent notational velocity? it's open source, i'm surprised no 1 has tried port it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
