Videos taken with iPhone 4 won't sync to iPad 2

this driving me crazy.

have videos included in iphoto , went sync of albums, of have videos, new ipad 2 , keeps saying can't sync because cannot played on ipad.

won't sync after manually added couple of listed videos itunes.

sync iphone 4 , play fine, , play on itunes, iphoto, , quicktime.

sent through handbrake , worked, rather have easier fix sending 600+ videos through handbrake.

these videos have not been edited @ , come straight iphone 4.

why videos taken iphone 4 not sync ipad 2? ipad 2 accept 720p videos right?
 

well couldn't find zilch on have massive handbrake queue up.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
