windows based computer

have downloaded snowbreeze. able complete sync, don't have cydia app.

there, tried friends suggestion of redsn0w , got application opened on windows pc , prompts me browse ipsw. stuck here.

take advice on either, main objective in jailbreaking able use iphone4 wi-fi hotspot.
 

i ran same issue, search ipsw , download it. when redsn0w ask browse it. after easy.
