Extremely aggravating SSD

so installed owc ssd in mbp few months ago. speed great 3 times i've had reformat due corruption or other random reason. know why happening , how can prevent it? barely have on (~50 gigs). disk utility can never fix have reinstall os , backup tm. possibly bad drive?

also, didn't freeze or using it. restarted , wouldn't boot anymore.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
