Iphone 4 Jailbreak

hi all
have iphone 4 ios 4.2.1, wanted jb 4.3.3
trying install 4.3.3 stock
itunes got stuck 3194, used tu (tss server)
itunes got stuck 1600,
used combination of tu , ireb , starts restore, , error 1013.
since software practically installed used fixrecovery43 try kicking out dfu (no lock)

can't install new 4.3.4 itunes...

can me ?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
