MBP HD dying? Should I replace HD?

problems: constant grey screen asking me restart. looping of log in screen when restarting. having boot in safe boot. finder lagging hitting file quick preview no matter how small. continues after clean sl install.

hard drive?

crash report said problem cpu, screen capped twice, disappeared off desktop along few other files.

2007 mbp 2.33ghz screwed? should attempt buy new one?

mind you, old mbp has never given me problem until month ago. it's sole work computer , can't afford new one.
 

time new hard drive...dont waste time, grab files....
when happened me bought disk warrior, helped recover files hdd still needed replacing
